Emulsion
Emulsion cleaning is a solution in which hydrocarbons are mixed with special surfactants so that water-soluble processing oil can also be cleaned.
Hydrocarbon is still recycleable in CLEANVY system. So, it is economy and less harmful to environment.
Fluorinated Solvent
Hydrofluoroolefin(HFO) based cleaning solvent is substitute for chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs, banned its production in 1996 due to high ODP (ozone depletion potential)), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs, banned its production in 2020 due to high GWP (global warming potential)) and hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs, included in the Kyoto Protocol in 2016 because of high GWP).
HFO is zero ODP, low GWP, and inherently stable chemically and inert, non toxic, and non-flammable or mildly flammable. And it is suitable for high precision cleaning due to its superior drying quality, permeability and it is also recycleable. CLEANVY’s unique system can minimize loss of solvent.
